Fpoker Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Policy in English

1. Introduction

Welcome to fpoker.biz. These Terms & Conditions serve as a legal agreement between the fpoker platform ("Platform") and you ("User"). By creating an account or using our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.
• You must manage your own account in your own name. Betting on behalf of others or using third-party funds is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Fpoker may request identity verification at any time as part of its security and compliance process. This may include a photo of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. KYC verification may be required before withdrawals.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your fpoker account. Never share your password with anyone, and report any unauthorized login to our support team immediately.

Account Deactivation

Fpoker may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a rule violation is found
• If suspicious betting patterns or signs of fraud are detected
• If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months)

If your inactive account has a balance, you will be notified by email in advance. Balances are never forfeited — the only exception is in cases of rule violations.

Prohibited Actions

• Abusive behavior toward other players or staff
• Using betting systems or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
